Our objective: the satisfaction of our clients and to protect them by welcoming them in the best possible conditions of hygiene and safety.

We therefore take all the specific measures decreed by the “Clean & Safe” label to guarantee you a serene and pleasant stay at the Starling Hotel Residence Geneva:

  • Regular hand cleaning,
  • Respect of safety distances (via ground markings) with a distance of two metres between employees and customers; this respect is reinforced by the presence of a protective glass at the reception desk,
  • Definition of specific spaces for moments of activity and rest, regulation of the number of users in the different spaces,
  • Regular cleaning of surfaces and objects after use, especially when they have been touched by more than one person.
  • Adherence to the hygiene measures and legal protection regulations already in force.

 

In addition to these measures, we make sure to prepare the check-in before the client’s arrival in order to avoid any physical interaction that would not be useful with the client.

We also provide our customers and staff with hydroalcoholic gel and surgical masks (available at the reception desk). Finally, masks must be worn by our employees when working closely with customers.

Nous prenons ainsi toutes les mesures spécifiques édictées par le label « Clean & Safe » pour vous garantir un séjour serein et agréable au Starling Hotel Residence Genève :

  • Nettoyage régulier des mains,
  • Respect des distances de sécurité (via un marquage au sol) avec un écart de deux mètres de distance entre les collaborateurs et les clients ; ce respect est renforcé par la présence d’une vitre de protection à la réception,
  • Définition d’espaces spécifiques pour des moments d’activités et de repos, régulation du nombre d’usagers dans les différents espaces,
  • Nettoyage régulier des surfaces et objets après utilisation, notamment lorsque ceux-ci ont été touchés par plusieurs personnes.
  • Respect des mesures d’hygiène et prescriptions de protection légales déjà applicables.

En complément de ces mesures, nous veillons à préparer le check-in avant l’arrivée du client afin d’éviter toute interaction physique qui ne serait pas utile avec ce dernier.

Nous mettons également à la disposition de notre clientèle et de nos collaborateurs du gel hydroalcoolique et des masques chirurgicaux (disponibles à la réception). Enfin, le port du masque est obligatoire pour nos collaborateurs en cas d’intervention rapprochée avec la clientèle.

Then take the Pont des Bergues and head towards Ile Rousseau, a small garden ideal for a break with a splendid view of the city and the façades of both sides of the lake.

Finish this beautiful stroll at the Parc de la Perle du Lac, a veritable oasis of greenery where cyclists and walkers love to escape before arriving at the Botanical Garden, as mentioned earlier in this article.
